  1. Can you use unsweetened almond milk ? And how do we figure up the 80 veggies and 20 protein ?

    1. Yes! Unsweetened almond milk is allowed. To figure the 80/20 imagine your plate as a clock, 12-8 is going to be vegetables..all kinds. 8-12 is going to be your lean protein.
