Can I use low fat cow milk instead of almond milk?
Hi There! Dairy is avoided because it’s harder to digest than almond milk. You can use any non dairy, unsweetened milk.🥰
Can you use unsweetened almond milk ? And how do we figure up the 80 veggies and 20 protein ?
Yes! Unsweetened almond milk is allowed. To figure the 80/20 imagine your plate as a clock, 12-8 is going to be vegetables..all kinds. 8-12 is going to be your lean protein. (Roughly around 4-6 oz.) I hope thats helpful. Also, feel free to join my FB group The Liver Loving Lifestyle where I show examples and post new recipes. Cheers!!
I’m type 2 diabetic. All these fruits, I don’t think I can do it, my artists would go through the roof. Any other liver cleanse suggestions?
Absolutely Kathy! Email me email@example.com and let me know what we need to avoid and I’ll make a meal plan for you.🥰
