The Best Type Of Green Tea

I am not at all a fan of boxed tea in a tea bag. It’s the dust leftover from factory production and therefore I feel it’s a lesser quality and potency. Additionally, commercial tea production involves tea bags that are bleached, and that is not good for your health. One of my favorite green teas is this one, its an organic loose leaf tea. You can re-use up to 3 times per scoop. I use this glass infuser and love I it!! Because it’s easy to clean and made from natural materials it’s the best choice for long time use.

In Conclusion

Along with a plant based diet, consuming 3 cups of green tea daily can significantly contribute to healthy long term weight loss. There many health benefits of green tea including a reduced risk to certain cancers. Enjoy hot or cold, just use a loose leaf organic green tea to get the most out of your tea time.
